For boundary scan on AWR1243, what is the maximum TCK rate allowed by the design? (or otherwise, what is the recommended TCK)

I think I found the answer in the .bsdl file:

attribute TAP_SCAN_CLOCK of PAD_AU : signal is (30.0e6, BOTH);

I believe this indicates the max TCK is 30 MHz.
