Hello, Sir or Madame

We are now using your AWR1642 EVM board as the reference to design our own 77GHz products.

As mentioned in your technical statement, TI recommends using Rogers materials of RO4835 Lowpro or RO3003 with TI’s recommended transition to get an optimal match between the RF ball and PCB trace.

But we would like to use other Rogers materials instead of RO4835 and RO3003. Using HFSS software we could model the GCPW transition, but the problem now is that we do not have the AWR1642 BGA package’s parameters such as S parameter to simulate the package to PCB transition.

Could you give us some helps or suggestions?
