Dear supporter:

I want to design a Displacement sensor , and the range is 0~10mm,accuracy is 0.01mm. is that possible to design with FDC2212, and how to design the probe part?

Hello,

That range and accuracy is possible with the FDC2212. The sensor is typically a copper pour on a PCB, though it can be as simple as copper tape as well. The FDC2114EVM has an example of the copper pour style sensors. Note that if you can ground your target you can achieve higher sensitivity.
