Compiler/AWR1642BOOST: RESP TIMEOUT issue of the mmWave studio working with AWR1642BOOST + DCA1000EVM

It seems that there is a timeout from the sensor.

Have you checked the jumper position on the AWR1642 board?

Hi Cesar,

The jumper position on my AWR1642BOOST board is set in dev mode (011, SOP mode2) which I shorted SOP1 and SOP0 by the jumpers.

Is it correct?

Hi Cesar,

I found one more clue that when I set the connection configuration in mmWave studio, once I loaded the MSS FW file to the AWR1642, the Nerr_OUT LED glows, which means there is some HW errors in the AWR device. Do you know how come it happens?

Do you press the NRST button at bootup?

Also, did you erase the flash on the device using Uniflash?

I pressed the NRST button but the NERR_OUT still glows.

I erased the flash using Uniflash and the NERR_OUT still glows.

I continued to re-operate mmWave-studio and the RESP Timeout is no long exist.

I have no idea which step is the solution for the issue of the RESP timeout.

But I appreciate every help you all provided.
