I am trying to test the TDC1000-C2000EVM on Windows 7 following the instructions from the user guide. However I can not get it to connect. It says Connect Fail! Check the COM port number and below Connect Failed. Check Hardware. Existing...

I see TUSB3410 UART EVM (COM3) appear under Ports in the device manager. I tried changing the drive to TUSB3410 Device but same result.

Please follow the procedure for updating the firmware in the EVM and check the ports for connection.

Thank you for the response, where might I find the procedure. I didn't see it in the user manual and only found an old post from 2015 referencing the firmware upgrade.

I also looked at pg 24 of SNIU021A–October 2014–Revised November 2015

However there is not an update firmware button available to select.
