AWR1243: Calibration Timing and Windowed Watchdog

Hello,

I have a question regarding Figure 9.1 in the mm-wave DFP Interface Control Document.

In the figure it seems that the watchdog clearing time overlaps with Frames 23-25. Does this mean that those frames are not transmitted from the device?

The frames should be transmitted. The clearing of the watchdog timer should not affect the transmission of the frames.

Hi Antonio,
Frame transmission is independent of watchdog clear task.
RadarSS firmware clear the watchdog during 12.5% timing (in figure Fr# 23-25) but the device will send chirp/frame as it is configured. These two tasks are done by analog and digital part of the device so won't impact each other.
