Hello,
We've encountered a problem with the on-board MSP430F5528 and the error screenshots are attached herewith. We suspect there's a problem with the on-board MSP430F5528. Please provide necessary assistance on this problem. Also if our suspicion is correct, can we replace the on-board chip or somehow repair it?

I tried the solution you gave me and sadly it doesn't seem to be working. Once I stop pressing the BSL button, the TDC doesn't show up in the device manager. While plugging the USB with the BSL button pressed , I get the following error in the device manager. Here's the screenshot.
Also, when I plugin the UBS and immediately let go of the BSL button, this happens. Please help!

Please check you USB cable/port. Normally you when you just connect the USB cable with the EVM & PC you should be able to see the following in the device manager.
And you should then be able to connect to this port as shown in the GUI setup tab.
