We have selected FDC2212 FDC2x1x EMI-Resistant 28-Bit,12-Bit Capacitance-to-Digital Converter chipset for measuring moisture level in the soil (Soil Moisture sensor).We need implement two types sensors shape with plastic body around it which would be buried under the ground which can be in touch with soil moisture .

Kindly see the attached images for your reference which we are going to try out for sensor shapes .Request you to support us for making sensors shapes for sensing moisture level in the soil which great accuracy .

Dinesh,

We do not have any collateral on this specific application, but you can refer to this app note about detecting ice build-up to see a full walk-through of a system design with the FDC2214.

I suggest that you include a reference sensor to account for environmental shifts. Additionally, I recommend including an external oscillator for the FDC2214 in your design. If you use the FDC2214's internal oscillator, the noise floor will be higher.
