HDC2010: Defect IC definition

Dear Ryo -
have you ensured that you have followed all the guidelines that are recommended for assembly and handling for this device?
An offset will be seen if these direction are not followed. Please see datasheet section 10.1.1 (page 30) here: www.ti.com/.../hdc2010.pdf

and

Dear Josh,

We manufactured according to the guidelines.
However, the assembled IC does not meet the humidity accuracy specifications of the data sheet.

We would like to check if the IC is defective.

Could TI provide us the defect IC definition?
For example,
・I2C can not communicate.
・Humidity accuracy is 10% different from the calibrator.
・Temperature accuracy is 10℃ different from the calibrator.
etc....

We know the specifications of the data sheet.
If we manufacture to following TI guideline and can not meet the data sheet specifications,
could you analyze as the defect IC with TI?
