TMP400: datasheet error

Hi,expert
there are some mistakes in the TMP400 datasheet.
1.on page8, the 0x22 register POR value is 01h, then D0=0，but D0 is 0 on the table
2.the 0x22 register POR value is 01h, then D7 TO_EN is 0, but on page17, "the default state of the timeout function is enabled(bit7=high)"
