Dear team,

I plan to use AWR1443 to build an obstacle detection radar for AGV, but I don't know some details and data about it. The following questions are what I urgently need to know now, and I hope I can wait for your support:

1. What are the Angle resolution, velocity resolution and detection accuracy of AWR1443?

2. Can AWR1443 detect stationary objects?

3. How to use external MCU to control AWR1443 and read AWR1443 radar detection data?

Hello ,
Most of the parameters like velocity resolution, angular resolution , etc. depend on the chirp configuration you use, the antenna design you use etc. You can refer to the following app note to estimate these parameters based on your configuration : www.ti.com/.../swra553
