Hi,

Can you try flashing using of the binaries provided in the lab to confirm you have the right setup?

Dear sir :
i try flashing with the binaries in the lab (the industrial_toolbox_1_6_1),but it can't been resolved my issue.

Hi,

Please confirm you are following the procedure as detailed in the lab user's guide?
The SOP needs to be set to flashing mode, hit reset then flash.
