I have a basic question for AMC6821. Is it ok to add TACH voltage before VDD voltage is added?

Hi Satoshi,

The Absolute Max on page 2 indicates that Digital Inputs are not bound by VDD. TACH pin 2 is defined as a Digital Input in Table 1 page 5.
