TDC1000: TDC1000-GASEVM availability problem

Part Number: TDC1000
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TDC7200

Hello,

Several days ago I was reading about TDC1000-GASEVM evaluation board.
Now I would like to buy this item from the TI store, but all the related pages and the product itself magically disappeared from TI webpage.
There is a manual www.ti.com/.../sniu026a.pdf still available.

Unfortunately, the page on which product was available is no longer reachable www.ti.com/.../TDC1000-GASEVM

The situation is strange because other parts, even if they were marked as obsolete, were still available to readers.

Is it a temporary problem with webpage availability or was it intentionally removed and won't be available anymore in the future?
If so, what was the reason to permanently remove all the pages related to TDC1000-GASEVM?

/Adam

  • Adam,

We have removed the EVM from the web for sale, the EVM is obsoleted.

The devices TDC1000 & TDC7200 are available for new designs.
  • Hi,

The TDC1000-GASEVM board is still available in some distributors stock.
Is it possible to get access to the resources related to TDC1000-GASEVM on TI webpage?
I mean software/drivers/schematic and other necessary staff to make tests?

Other EVM boards e.g. TDC1000-TDC7200EVM are marked obsolete and still available to readers.
    The TDC1000-GASEVM resources disappeared completely.
