IWR1642BOOST: Transform question about rangeIdx and dopplerIdx in SDK v2.1.0.4 out-of-box demo for ROS point cloud

I have get the dopplerIdx refer to ti_mmwave_rospkg\include\mmWave.h.

How can I transform it to velocity which unit is meter/second?
