Are you trying to use this lab on an IWR6843ISK board? If so, you need to use the Vital Signs lab that is designed for IWR6843 that is found in Industrial Toolbox here: http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AJ3V.naK7FG5g7n7bxAw5A__VLyFKFf__LATEST

I have tried both AWR1642 and IWR6843.

Screenshots have been tested with AWR1642 and automotive_toolbox.

Chunghee,

You should try to specify narrower bounds on your min and max values for the "vitalSignsCfg" command. You will notice in the original CLI argument that the a min value of 0.3 and a max value of 0.9 are specified. Given these two bounds, during the interframe processing time, the DSP will iterate through all of the range bins starting at 0.3 meters to 0.9 meters and find the greatest peak in the 1D FFT. Specifying a range of 0.3 to 5 meters might be too large for the device to iterate through all of these range bins and this is why you might be seeing strange results.

Please try to narrow the bounds on the range bins of interest.
