1. If TDC7200 operate under recommend parameter and layout guideline at -40C and 125C. How long can work normal?

2. Any plan for TDC7200-Q1 at future?

Che,

The recommended operating temperature of TDC7200 is -40C to 85C. We do not know how long it can work if stressed to work at 125C.

There is no plans at this time to release a Automotive version of TDC7200.
