XDS200  can't connect PGA970,What are the reasons?

XDS200,14PIN的  pin1 connect target TMS, pin5 connect target VCC,  pin4 connect target GND,pin11 connect target TCK.

    Hi Neal,

    Are you using the XDS200 with a PGA970 device on the PGA970EVM or on a custom board? Is the PGA970 powered up on its own before attempting to connect with the XDS200?

    It seems like the XDS200 is receiving power properly but can't see the PGA970. If you disconnect the XDS200 cable from the PGA970EVM or your board and run the connection, you should see the same error. I would double check your connection to your board, and make sure the power is applied to the PGA970 as a first check.
