OPT8320: How about the distance measurement accuracy of OPT8320?

Hi, TI engineers.

I just want to make a 3D sensor with OPT8320.

However, I have not find the distance measurement accuracy of OPT8320.

The distance measurement accuracy of OPT8241 and OPT9221 is 0.1%.

Would you please provide me with the data of OPT8320？
