Hello,

My customer would like to confirm the validated and supported Cypress QSPI Flash parts for IWR family. Please take a look at 1.4 Flash Variants in the following document:

Here, S25FL064LVF01 is supported for xWR1642 ES2.0, xWR1842 ES1.0, xWR1443 ES3.0 and IWR6843 ES1.0. But actually, I could not find the related part in Cypress datasheet:

Could you please clarify the exact part number ?

You are right we need to update the spansion part number in the app-note.

Thank you, but the answer was not clear for me. What part number is the actual replacement for S25FL064LVF01 ? Also, this is not in the list, but how about MX25R6435F (Macronix) ?
