Linux/LDC1612: LDC1612

Part Number: LDC1612

Tool/software: Linux

HI,

Based on the application note provided in the LDC1612 Data sheet (8.2.6), we have designed a PCB Coil for sensing the object. But in the manufactured PCB we observe that the track spacing and track width are not uniform. (please refer below image)

Also need your interpretation on the relation between coil's DC resistance and the PCB's critical parameters (say track width & track spacing) and the coil functionality. Because while designing using Webench tool, under the derived parameters list, it shows as the DC resistance of the coil should be of 8.01Ohms (for our requirements).

So please correct me if I am wrong. Shall I measure only the coil's DC resistance in the fabricated PCBs to qualify and use it in the above said application?
