What is the maximum Ta and Tc for this device?

    Hi Kevin,

    In the Operating Ratings table on page 4 of the data sheet the LM96000 Operating Temperature Range max Ta is +85°C and Remote Diode Temperature Range is up to 125C.

    We typically do not specify a max Tc in our datasheets.
