RTOS/IWR1443: Need clarification for IWR1443 data output

Hi,

I have planned to use the IWR1443 with AM5718. In this case, I wanted to know whether it is possible to connect the IWR1443 with AM5718 via UART?. If possible means then share me the reference documents/user guide.
