Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM
Hi,
I have just bought the TDC1000-GASEVM evaluation module. The exact part number was not listed above, so I have used the TDC1000-7200EVM part number, which is a very similar product to allow me to post this question.
I have downloaded and installed the TDC1000_7200_EVM GUI as instructed by the online manual. When I connect the board via the supplied USB lead, the green power LED on the board illuminates, however when I launch the GUI we get the following error “Connect Failed! Check the COM port number.”
I have tried this process on a number of different Windows computers running Windows 7 and Windows 10, but all give the same problem.
I believe there is a fault with the board, but am I doing something wrong? Is there something else I should try?
