I am trying to evaluate the ODS for human fall detection and have been tinkering with the config file to achieve better resolution. (I can only copy the profileCfg settings since copying anything else would return error in gui)
I have been using the mmWave Demo Visualizer tool to create the right configuration using best range resolution approach. However, it is very hard to get the same resolution as the one shown in the experiment. I am using ceiling mount so naturally I would expect less detected objects due to a lower surface area wrt to the radar. However, having only <15 objects detected per frame makes it hard to implement fall detection algorithm. My current config file gives me:
- Max Range of 9.3 m
- Max Velocity of 0.77 m/s
- Range Resolution of 0.04 m
- Velocity Resolution 0.1 m/s
I would like to try the exact same configuration as the experiment. Would really appreciate it if you can point me to the chirp configuration or the config file used in that experiment.

Attached image below is when I walk at normal speed below the sensor. If I walk slower like an old person I typically get 5~8 objects/frame @10fps. If i walk fast I get about 15 objects/frame
