AWR1843BOOST: mmWave Studio does not recognize the AWR1843BOOST evaluation board

Hi Team,

Customer is experiencing an issue need your help.

The AWR1843BOOST evaluation board can work normally in the mmWave Demo Visualizer. But after connecting the board in mmWave Studio, it will display No.of Devices Detected to 0 after several refreshes. May I know How to solve this problem?

    Hi Annie,

    To work with mmWave Studio you need to either connect AWR EVM to devpack or DCA1000EVM. Studio finds the device based on FTDI chip availability which is present at DevPack or DCA1000EVM and then update 'No. of Devices Detected'

    So please ask your customer to stack up EVM on DevPack or connect with DCA1000EVM (using MiPi connector cable).
