ADC suggestion for interfacing 4 analog inputs of 0 to 20ma specification.

Hi Sir/Mam, 

I am quite new in the field of interfacing 0 to 20ma analog input with the controller. Currently, we already have our prototype which has been made using the ESP32 controller, but since the ESP32 doesn't have an accurate internal ADC hence we would like to go with an external ADC IC for interfacing the 4 analog inputs of 0 to 20ma current input. 

I would appreciate if somebody can guide us with the technical document which can be referred for selecting the appropriate ADC. It will be great if someone can suggest me an appropriate ADC which can be used for interfacing the 4 analog inputs of 0 to 20 ma current input.
