Hello,

We are currently testing gesture recognition swipe demo on AWR1443 ES3.0 with SDK 2.1.0.4. We would like to analyse data evaluated by board range, velocity, angle of arrival also azimuth, elevation related data. Can anyone help in this?

Hello,

If you would like to see point cloud with range, angle, and velocity data then you should be using the mmWave SDK demo instead of the gesture: http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AN9xlYcFz8lodNaEYYZ5bw__VLyFKFf__LATEST

Thank you very much for reply!

Actually we need to save that data, so that we can analyse it. Is there any way for it? We even tried it in CCS, but it has facility to save memory where it is not possible to differentiate the data.

If you are using the SDK mmWave Demo and online visualizer there is a data logging function. Please refer to the section 4.4 Concurrent Recording of Processed Stream From mmWave Device http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru529b/swru529b.pdf

We tried record button in offline mmWave Demo Visualizer for SDK mmWave demo as suggested by you. But generated .dat file was empty. What could be the reason and exactly what data is getting saved in .dat file?
