CCS/AWR1443: High Accuracy Visualizer not working

Hi,

I am working on AWR1443 ES3.0 board with SDK 2.1.0.4. I managed to port high accuracy range measurement lab for ES3.0 board and successfully flashed .bin file also. But visualizer is not working. Board is getting connected successfully, but plots are not working. I checked on tera term too, data is getting received on uart port. Can anyone help ?

Hi Rajeshwari,

Make sure you are using this visualizer for this application.

This VIsualizer might depend on the SDK and toolbox version, check that given toolbox application supports SDK 2.1 version.

If visualizer is dependent on SDK version, are there any steps to make visualizer compatible with SDK 2.1.0.4 as ti provided steps for porting labs for SDK 2.1.0.4 ?

Hi Rajeshwari,

Unfortunately the High Accuracy 14xx Demo only supports IWR1443 ES2.0 on the mmWave-SDK 1.2.

Other users have used this thread for porting tips for ES3.0 and SDK 2.1.

Hello Akash,

We agree currently High Accuracy 14xx Demo only supports IWR1443 ES2.0 on the mmWave-SDK 1.2. But we have managed to port lab and need your help with visualizer as it is not working properly.

In visualizer serial ports are getting detected, but configuration is not being received by board.

Hi Rajeshwari,

If you are interested in editing the visualizer code then you will need to import the visualizer into GUI Composer on the Gallery Page.

If you are interested in doing step-through debug of the visualizer then you can do this using your browser's Developer's Tools (ctrl+shift+i on Chrome).
