AWR1843BOOST: Stuck when loading image file

I cannot load the demo bin file to the EVM board. UniFlash shows the following diagram:

From the UniFlash dialog box, connection COM port is succeed. However, it suck when loading image.

The SOP dip switch is SOP0/SOP1/SOP2=On/Off/On.

Can any one help on this? Thank you.

Hi Matt,

Do you always see this issue?

After setting the SOP jumpers power cycle the board then start the uniflash.
