IWR1642BOOST: Requirement of AR_SDA and AR_SCL lines

Hello.

I am working on a custom PCB based on IWR1642BOOST. Are the AR_SDA and AR_SCL lines required to make the system work, as the lines are going to LP87524BRN but R210 is not populated whereas R211 is populated. Im confused whether these I2C lines are required for the working of the system.
