Hi~,

I'm having problem with UniFlash 5.0 version for Mac. It can't auto detect IWR6843ISK-ODS, nor can I select this device in the manually select session. Actually, I can't find any MmWave device in the About menu's show components page. Also, I couldn't find any device listed in the 'Choose Your Device' list if I set the category as 'mmWave' although it says "8 Available". Situations are pretty much the same in the cloud version of UniFlash.

Hi User,

In order to flash your device you need to simply select IWR6843 from the mmWave device list. You should not be using auto-detect nor selecting a board (i.e. IWR6843ISK or IWR6843ISKBOOST).

I have tried what you said many times, both in UniFlash 5.0 and 4.5, and as you can see in the first screenshot I posted above, nothing is listed if I select the mmWave device list.

I know how it works on Windows, but this just don't work on MacOS. Maybe you can try it on macOS and see where I got wrong?

And if you would look at the second screenshot above, you can see that no mmWave device is included in the components. I guess this explains why there is nothing listed for the mmWave device list.

Hi Jiang,

Can you confirm you have CCSTUDIO installed?

If Uniflash isn't working for you then an alternative is to use the command line interface.
