AWR1642: Extended maximum velocity technique is supported only in TDM MIMO??

Extended max velocity does not apply for single Tx, it only applies for TDM-MIMO which means more than one Tx [each Tx transmitting by itself in different chirp]. In TDM-MIMO there is a natural loss of max velocity from max [achieved say with one Tx or all Tx-es simultaneously transmitting] to max/numTx and the extended max velocity feature gives back the max but with some limitations.

Any reason why extend max velocity can't apply for Single TX? Theoretically, it should be fine..  Or correct me if I am wrong.
