I'm curious to understand what customers are doing for our 77GHz solutions with respect to FCC compliance. Are they requesting waivers for operating it, or does it fall under some other rule set?

    Hi,

    The evaluation modules is exempted since is for evaluation only and is clearly stated on the EVM. Customers designing end product need to ensure they comply with FCC regulation part 15, subpart C - intentional radiators.
