Hi Sreenath,

Here is the device comparison page-

And the device max range depends on your antenna design.

AWR1843BOOST 50m (MRR TI design)

AWR1642BOOST 80m (SRR TI design)

AWR1443BOOST <50m (proximity sensing).

Again these values are based on EVM which can be higher on the selection of antenna.
