DCA1000EVM: Etherent Cable is disconnected please check!!!

Part Number: DCA1000EVM

when I use DCA1000EVM,the problem happend:

I Can't connected the FPGA!

Other than that, I can be sure（Because it works fine on another computer）：

a)I have turned off the firewall；

b)The PC IP is correct!

c)The board is working properly；

d)Network cable is good；

e)SW2 configuration is correct；

I read all the descriptions of this question in the forum, but they can't solve my problem.

I hope you don't recommend me to change your computer, because for some reason, we have to finish it on this computer.

    Hi,

    This error is usually due to either a firewall blocking access to the DCA1000 or due to incompatibility with the ethernet adapter on the PC. Since you confirmed that you have checked the firewall, and that the DCA1000 works with another computer, likely this issue is due to the ethernet adapter on your PC.

    Could you please try with a Gigabit USB-Ethernet adapter on this computer?

    What's the GIgabit USB-Ethernet adapter?? how to get and use??

    I think a lot of people have encountered such problems, and you have not given an effective solution.

    In addition, I want to confirm again:

    a)Is it necessary to install MATLAB？  I only installed the MATLAB engine（v8.5.1)

    b)Must the computer running memory be 8G or above?

    Hi,

    You only require the Matlab runtime engine.

    There is no memory restriction on the computer.

    Since the DCA1000 is working with another computer, our only recommendation is to use either a different computer or try a different gigabit USB-ethernet adapter. We do not have a different solution at this time.

    We have to use this PC because some of reason!!

    I am sure the problem is Computer configuration,Please help me!!

    Hi,

    Please make sure you use a USB3 Gigabit-ethernet converter or a PCI-based Gigabit ethernet network card.

    The DCA1000 requires Gigabit ethernet.
