what is the meaning of  Target  Index TLV ?

    Hi KM,

    The target index associates a point in the point cloud with a target. So if there are 20 points, the target index will contain 20 values. Each value is a Tracker ID. Point 10 will be associated with the TID at index 10 of the target index.
