Hello,

our mmwave IWRICBOOST + IWR6843 is not powered correctly.Here are the following pictures

When we tried to use another board we borrowed , it didn't have the same problem.So we assume that it is caused by our board.

Could anyone please help us fix it?

Hello,

Please remove FTDI usb connection, Currently it's not supported from software perspective.

Hello,

we removed the FTDI USB just as the reply said(shows in the following picture),

Besides,we have installed CCS,FTDI and XDS110DRIVERS according to this picture:

we even used another computer ,but none of these worked.

Is there any advice?

Hello,

1) The COM ports will not show up until the XDS drivers are installed.

Please install the XDS110 Emulation driver from the below location.

2) And still don't see XDS110 COM ports on the PC you may need to install firmware in TM4C1294 MCU

All the EVMs comes with pre-loaded XDS110 binary from the factory and tested for demo application. Hence above step 2 is not needed for the fresh boards received from factory.

Was the board working earlier? Are you testing these boards fresh out of box?
