Hi,
How are you making the connection between the two boards? Are you powering both boards with separate 5V 3A power supplies?
Did you make any modifications to either board?
Could you disconnect the AWR1642 from the DCA1000 and see if the DCA1000 is still generating a lot of heat?

I connected power into all two pieces of equipment.
When i connected power only awr1642, it was no heat in the DCA1000.

Hello Woo Hyun,
Can you keep only the DCA1000 (without connecting it to the AWR1642) with its power and see if it is still getting heated up?
In this configuration can you send a snapshot of the DCA1000 so that we can verify the LEDs and switch positions?
