FDC1004EVM: Phase measurement with a fixed capacitor

When you get a chance please see below:

I am using the FDC1004 EVAL board.  I put a 10pF capacitor across CIN1 and SHLD2 as you suggested below.  I am getting the data shown in the picture below…it is out of range
