MMWAVEICBOOST: How to exchange a new IWR6843ISK-ODS board

Hello,

we are a university team in Taiwan, and this is our problem:

Our IWR6843ISK-ODS board can't succeed to connect to computer .

We have done many tests even asked on E2E forum ,but none of those can solve our problem,so we can be sure that the problem is caused by the board.

We think it might be a defective one since we've  bought it for only two months .

How can we exchange it to a new one?
