According to the datasheet, I need to wait at least 3ms from "Power Up" before starting to send I2C commends.
What timing does the script “Power up” mean? Is it the timing when power supply reaches at 1.62V?
After power-up, the sensor needs at most 3 ms, to be ready to start RH and temperature measurement.
