I could not find GPADC supported max current parameter in data sheet. Do we have this number?

I apologize, I thought you were looking for leakage current. Could you clarify what you mean by "max current " in this context ? Are you talking about the current consumption of the GPADC block?

Hello Vivek,
It means the maximum input current that GPADC pin can suffer. Customer is evaluating the safety level of their system, so they want to know this maximum current value that could not break GPADC from external circuit.

Hello Adam,

This is a voltage mode ADC not current mode ADC. You apply voltage to it and not current. The allowed voltage range in mentioned I buffered and un-buffered modes.
