Qianqian,
The Q1 designation indicates an automotive qualified part and conforms to the AEC-Q100 standard. You can find more information about the Q100 standard online.

Kyle
Dear Kyle
I surely know Q1 indicates AEC-Q100
AWR1243P sample available on the TI Website is XA1243FPBGABL, which doesn't consist "I", indicates the temperature
I'd lke to know, for AWR123P,now can I use XA1243FPBGABL directly ?Cause I cannot find XA1243FPBIGABLQ1.
Qianqian,
Please keep in mind the following for any and all TI/mmWave devices that use an X prefix in the device markings:
"Experimental device that is not necessarily representative of the final device's electrical specifications and may not use production assembly flow"
This comes from the first page of the AWR1243 Device Errata: http://www.ti.com/lit/er/swrz071b/swrz071b.pdf
Regards,
Kyle
Hi Kyle,
Currently there are two kinds of AWR1243 parts available in TI website: AWR1243FBIGABLQ1 and XA1243FPBGABL
As we know know that X represents experimental device, we want to use product version AWR1243FBIGABLQ1. When I compared AWR1243FBIGABLQ1 with XA1243FPBIGABLQ1 (Used in reference design), AWR1243FBIGABLQ1 lacks "P", which means that AWR1243FBIGABLQ1 does not have high performance.
Therefore the question is: what's the performance difference between AWR1243FBIGABLQ1 and XA1243FPBIGABLQ1?
Best regards
Hi Kevin
Multi-chip cascading feature is available in AWR1243P (XA1243FPBGABL NOW)
AWR1243 support these while AWR1243 doesn't support:
