HDC2010: Repeatability spec

Part Number: HDC2010

Team,

My customer has some inquiries about RHrep & TEMPrep specified as repeatability on datasheet.

  1. What does “Repeatability” mean?

  2. What is the reference value for Repeatability” test?

(Typ value specified on datasheet? The value measured immediately just before?)

  3. Is there any design(or characterization) data to estimate the MAX value of these parameters(RHrep and TEMP rep)?

If you can have any characterization data with AVG, STD-DEV, MIN/MAX values), it will be useful.

Regards,

H.Someno

  • Someno-san,

Repeatability is a measure of the variation in measurements taken by a single instrument or person under the same conditions, on the same device. In the datasheet we have this listed as RHREP and use %RH as the unit of measure. In this case, a characterization was done which indicates we can support 0.1% repeatability.

The values in the datasheet are made from the data we collect during the characterization/validation and qualification phases of development.

Raw data release is typically something only done under NDA, so if that is needed we can take off E2E and proceed via email.

  • Thank you so much.
