Hi,

I'm using AWR1843 EVM and now i'm trying to interface with other microcontrollers.

We are using more than 5 AWR1843 EVM kit,can you suggest best interface to get the data with good data rate and concurrent data scanning of the radar?

Hi Vimal,

AWR1843 supports CAN-FD interface which can go upto 5Mbps data rate.

I hope this would be enough speed to data transfer. I have already mentioned in other thread about reference application for the CAN.

Hi Jitendra,

i have downloaded automotive toolbox 2.5.0 but there is no binary files for AWR1843 .

can we Flash Lab Binaries of AWR1642BOOST on AWR1843BOOST??

Hi Vimal,

You need to change the device type in the same CCS project (device variant option) and change the linker command file (*.cmd) from mmw demo SDK to this project. With these change, this app should work on AWR1843BOOST.

Hi ,

How to import the demo project into CCS and is there any way that i can change something in the demo project so that device works on DCAN instead of CAN-FD.because micro-controller which i'm using doesn't support CAN-FD .
