Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6843
Hi all,
I have a question regarding to the RO 4835 LoPro that used in the design. I am trying to design and fabricate a board based on the IWR6843ISK design and going to use the same material as RO 4835 LoPro. I am wondering what's the weight of copper cladding I should use? Because I found three different ones from three documents (I apologize if I didn't look at the updated documents) :
Based on the picture "Stackup_IWR6843_ISK" in folder "IWR6843_ISK_DesignFlies", I got H/H (0.5oz/0.5oz):
from the excel file "HardwareDesignChecklist_V0p8_IWR6843", I got H/1 (0.5Oz/1oz):
And from the layer manager of Altium Design, I got 1oz/1oz:
Could someone please help me to clarify which one I should use? Really appreciate it!
