For regulation you should look to the IWR6843ISK page for the EU declaration of conformity.

Hi Jason,

So the EVM's are not licensed by the FCC which is why they are listed as being for "Evaluation Purposes Only." Although I've learned that compliance for EU is very similar and in-line with compliance standards in the U.S.
