LM95071: About V(ESD) CDM spec change

Hi,

CDM specs on the data sheet has been changed.
Is this change due to material changes?
Or is this change that reflects the retest results?
Could you tell me about the background of this change.

Hi Yusuke-san,

There hasn't been a change to LM95071 material.

It seems unlikely that the test was repeated. I'll have to see if I can reach the person that initiated this change.

Hi Yusuke-san,

We received a customer request for CDM 250V, and investigated. We found that the original qualification data supported this specification, so we made the change to the datasheet.
