May i have your suggestion for the Q-grade dual P channel Mosfet for Direct drive ?

Currently EVM are using FDC6506P but not Q-Grade.

TI does not offer any equivalent part numbers to the FDC6506P, though a dual common source pMOS such as the -20V TI CSD75208W1015 does include some temperature characteristic information.
